The information we collect

When you visit the Site, we collect the following information:

Personal Identification Information – This is information that tells us who you are. We may collect personal identification information when you ask Open Technology Solutions to contact you, and you voluntarily submit to us your personal identification information such as your name and email address.

Non-Personal Identification Information – This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. Response to do not track signals

Your web browser may have the ability to transmit a “do-not-track” or other similar signal when you visit the Site. Currently, the Site does not respond to such “do-not-track” signals.

Security Measures

Open Technology Solutions maintains physical, electronic, and administrative measures to safeguard the confidentiality and security of the information we collect. However, like other companies, Open Technology Solutions cannot guarantee the absolute security of such information.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement, regulatory authorities or judicial authorities to provide personal identification information to the appropriate governmental authorities. At some point, Open Technology Solutions may undergo a business transition such as a merger, acquisition of another company, or sale of some or all of Open Technology Solutions’ assets. Children under age 13

Open Technology Solutions does not intend to request or collect personal information about any individual under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide us with any personal information. If we determine an individual under the age of 13 submitted personal information to us via the Site, we will delete it.

California Do Not Track Disclosures:

Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy option that a user can set in certain web browsers. As of the effective date indicated above, we honor Do Not Track browser settings or signals.
